All United States shipments are completely insured free of charge, we fully stand behind our products every step of the way, from packaging, shipment, delivery, and use (please note that we are unable to offer insurance on International shipments). Should your package not arrive within the time frame listed in the transit time area above, please contact us so we can track down your package’s status. Should the package turn out to have been lost by the carrier we will issue you a refund, or ship you out a replacement product (your choice). Should your package arrive damaged please contact us so we can help resolve the issue for you. All our products are shipped in very sturdy tubes, so even if the shipping box appears somewhat damaged there is still a very good chance the product itself is in perfect shape still. In the event that the product itself is damaged, we will arrange for replacements or a refund (your choice).
