Shipping and handling is included in the purchase price, which enables customers to know their final delivered price upfront. This inclusive pricing keeps everything simple and makes purchasing from us easy.Customers will never have to checkout and enter all of their personal information only to find out that the shipping and handling is overpriced and inflated.
We use USPS 3-day priority mail and UPS ground for the majority of our shipping. Please refer to the shipping chart to determine approximate delivery time:

We process our orders Monday through Friday, once daily, at 11 Pacific standard time. As long as your order is in by the 11 (PST) cut-off time the order will usually ship out the same business day. Once your glow sticks, glow necklaces, glow bracelets, body lights, etc. ship we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail and a tracking number. Occasionally a product will not ship out by next business day (very rare). Please plan for a 48 hour shipping and handling buffer just in case.
